The Founder of B.OS.S. Sistah Network is Krissy is a Social Worker who draws from a variety of experiences working on behalf of women and girls in a variety of capacities which include serving as a former Board member and Social Justice Event Coordinator for the Chicago Chapter of the National Organization for Women, facilitating the S.M.A.R.T. Girls Program at the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County, educating undergraduate students for the Women in Contemporary America course at Northern Illinois University, previously serving as a Women Evolve Life and Self-Less Saturday Group leader at City Church Chicago, and providing case management and counseling services for teenage moms at New Moms Incorporated and The Harbour. The previous experiences have prepared B.O.S.S. Sistah Network with the capacity to serve a diverse group of women and girls which include serving as a resource for entrepreneurs, community leaders, college students, women in transitional stages, and high school students.
